FDC International Definitive Stamps
1 Oct 2016 - International Definitive Stamps 2016. A high value collection set where stamp denomination starts from 10 sen to RM20. These stamps were issued after the implementation of Goods and Service Tax (GST) regime on the 1st Apr 2015. Used for International postage. Ever since the GST has been abolished in 2018, now these stamps are valid to be used as domestic postage too.
